Welcome to HOP’s Shop. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of https://hopscommunity.store, including your purchase of products and digital content from our store.

Throughout these Terms, “HOP’s Shop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to HOP’s Shop. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or person using our website.

By visiting our website, purchasing a product, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

  1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence to make a purchase, or you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate any applicable law, infringe upon another person’s rights, transmit harmful code, interfere with the operation of the website, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services.

  1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

HOP’s Shop sells apparel, merchandise, digital products, and other items that support and reflect the mission, creativity, and community-building work associated with HOP’s CommUNITY.

Many physical products are printed or produced after an order is placed. Product colors, print placement, measurements, and appearance may vary slightly because of differences in materials, production processes, lighting, photography, and screen settings.

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that every image, color, measurement, or description will appear exactly the same on every device or finished product.

We may modify, discontinue, limit, or replace products at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any product, size, color, or design will remain available.

  1. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Pricing or product-information errors
• Product or material unavailability
• Fulfillment limitations
• Violations of these Terms
• Orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, payment, contact, and shipping information. You are responsible for reviewing your product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, email address, and shipping address before submitting an order.

  1. PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND TAXES

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will be the price shown when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Shipping charges and applicable taxes may be added during checkout. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order. Payment processing may be handled by Shopify or another authorized payment provider.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Physical products may require production time before shipment. Estimated production and delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, supply limitations, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.

  1. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy:

Because many products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, an incorrectly selected size or color, or a change of mind.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact hello@hops.community within the period stated in our Refund Policy.

Order cancellations and changes are not guaranteed after production or fulfillment has begun.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are licensed for the personal use described on their product pages unless we expressly provide different written license terms.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of its copyright, trademarks, artwork, design, or other intellectual-property rights.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share a purchased digital file
• Claim the work as your own
• Upload it to a print-on-demand, resale, or file-sharing platform
• Use it commercially
• Alter it for resale or distribution
• Make the file available for others to download

Digital products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery or download, except as required by law or as provided in our Refund Policy.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its content—including names, logos, characters, artwork, illustrations, designs, photographs, graphics, text, videos, audio, product names, slogans, and site design—are owned by or licensed to HOP’s Shop and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, sold, displayed, exploited, or used to create derivative products without prior written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website or as otherwise permitted by law.

“HOP’s Shop,” “HOP’s CommUNITY,” associated logos, original characters, designs, and slogans may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written authorization.

  1. CUSTOMER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, comment, idea, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

You grant HOP’s Shop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and share submitted reviews or promotional content for store operations and marketing, subject to applicable privacy law.

This permission does not require us to use your content. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate.

  1. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We try to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, promotions, and other information accurate. However, the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders. If an error materially affects an order that you have already paid for, we will notify you and provide an appropriate resolution.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HOP’s Shop and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the website, services, or products.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

These Terms, together with the policies and rules posted on the website, constitute the agreement between you and HOP’s Shop regarding your use of the store and supersede prior communications concerning that use.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Any legal proceeding arising from these Terms will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Riverside County, California, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
